We are open at working days between 09:00 and 17:00.
It is also possible to shop in our Tallinn and Tartu branches and make the payment in cash, by card payment or by bank transfer.
Please pick up your order within 3 working days after Multipack has sent a confirmation of completion the online shop order. We will contact you by email or by phone. If the goods will not be picked up, we will contact you to find a solution.
Please note that we can ask for an identification document.
Using the delivery with courier service, the delivery will be made after the order is completed. The delivery time at Estonia is within 1 to 5 business days. After the order is packed it will be handed over to the transportation no later than the next business day.
For orders up to 84,99 EUR the courier service price at Estonia is 5.00 EUR.
For orders from 85,00 EUR the courier service price at Estonia is 0.00 EUR.
For the deliver by courier the payment for the order must be paid an advance with transfer or bank link.
Before the delivery, the courier will contact by phone number indicated on the order.
The orders will delivered by our own courier-driver or using partner company Venipak.
NB! If the delivery fails, the courier will make a new try at the next day. In this case, an additional charge of EUR 5.00 must be paid for new delivery.
Using Itella Parcel Terminal service, the delivery will be made after the order is completed. After the order is packed it will be handed over to the Itella at Mon and Tue at 16:00.
The delivery time at Estonia to the selected parcel terminal will last 1 to 7 business days, depending on the location of the Parcel Terminal and the filling/emptying times.
Orders up to 84.99 EUR the Parcel Terminal service will cost 5.00 EUR
Orders starting from 85.00 EUR the Parcel Terminal service will cost 0.00 EUR
Orders will be sent out from our stock ater the order payment is received.
NB! If the shipment is bigger than Itella Parcel Terminal, we will deliver the parcel by courier!
After the order will arrive to the Itella Parcel terminal, you will receive to your e-mail/phone the door code with the storaging times. If the order will returned to us, the new payment must be made for the new delivery.
Within 6 months, the cause of the defect must be identified by the Trader. After this time (up to 2 years from the delivery date) the cause of the defect must be identified by the Customer. The cost must paid from the party whose identification will not be accepted.
The Client has the right to demand the reduction of the purchase price of the product or the termination of the contract and the recovery of the sums paid for the product if:
• The Trader is not able to mend or replace the product or
• Mending or replacing the product fails or
• The Trader has not rectified the defect of the product within a reasonable time or
• The Client is caused unjustifiable inconveniences.
