We are open at working days between 09:00 and 17:00.
It is also possible to shop in our Tallinn and Tartu branches and make the payment in cash, by card payment or by bank transfer.
Please pick up your order within 3 working days after Multipack has sent a confirmation of completion the online shop order. We will contact you by email or by phone. If the goods will not be picked up, we will contact you to find a solution.
Please note that we can ask for an identification document.
Using the delivery with courier service, the delivery will be made after the order is completed. The delivery time at Estonia is within 1 to 5 business days. After the order is packed it will be handed over to the transportation no later than the next business day.
For orders up to 119,99 EUR the courier service price at Estonia is 6.50 EUR.
For orders from 120 EUR the courier service price at Estonia is 0.00 EUR.
For the delivery by courier the payment for the order must be paid an advance with transfer or bank link.
Before the delivery, the courier will contact by phone number indicated on the order.
The orders will delivered by our own courier-driver or using partner company.
NB! If the delivery fails, the courier will make a new try at the next day. In this case, an additional charge of EUR 6.50 must be paid for new delivery.
Using DPD Parcel Terminal service, the delivery will be made at Mon and Tue after the order is packed.
The delivery time at Estonia to the selected parcel terminal will last 1 to 7 business days, depending on the location of the Parcel Terminal and the filling/emptying times.

Orders starting from 120 EUR the Parcel Terminal service at Estonia will cost 0.00 EUR
Orders will be sent out from our stock after the order payment is received.
NB! If the shipment is bigger than DPD Parcel Terminal, we will deliver the parcel by courier!
After the order will arrive to the DPD Parcel terminal, you will receive to your e-mail/phone the door code with the storaging times. If the order will returned to us, the new payment must be made for the new delivery 6.50 EUR.
